Shipping Policy
Last updated: 6/10/2026
Thanks for shopping with r3tro watches. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where your order ships from
Our watches are sent directly from our international fulfilment partners overseas, not from a local warehouse. That's how we keep prices low and offer cheap international shipping. It also means delivery takes a little longer than local shipping, and international orders may pass through customs.
Where we ship
We currently ship to: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States and select regions in the European Union
If your country isn't listed at checkout, we can't deliver there yet. Email us and we'll see if we can add it to our list ASAP.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
| Destination | Estimated delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Australia | 7–15 business days |
| New Zealand | 8–18 business days |
| United States | 8–18 business days |
| Canada | 10–20 business days |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (e.g. November–January), customs checks, weather and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping costs
Any shipping cost would be shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show updates while the parcel is in transit internationally. That's normal. Your parcel may change carriers along the way, e.g. from an international carrier to your local postal service, and the tracking number may change too.
Orders with more than one item
If you order several watches, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking details for each one.
Customs, duties and taxes
International parcels may be inspected by customs. Depending on your country's rules, import duties, taxes (such as GST, HST or sales tax) or handling fees may be charged when your parcel arrives.
- Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout.
- Charges applied by your country on delivery are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
- If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, see Refused or unclaimed parcels below.
Delays
We'll always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but some delays are outside our control: customs, carrier backlogs, extreme weather, public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
- Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be on its way to our fulfilment partner.
- If a parcel is returned because of an address error, we can reship it once you pay the cost of shipping it again.
Lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 business days after dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated for 15 business days, contact us. Once we've checked with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Parcels marked "delivered" but not received
Please first check with neighbours, building reception or your mailbox, and contact your local post office. Parcels are sometimes marked delivered a day early. If it still can't be found, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a fair outcome.
Damaged or faulty items
If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law (see our Refund Policy).
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused (including because of import charges) or isn't collected from the post office and is returned to us, we'll refund the item price minus any return shipping costs once it reaches our fulfilment partner. Parcels that are refused or unclaimed are sometimes destroyed by the carrier instead of being returned, and in that case we can't offer a refund.
PO boxes and parcel lockers
We can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers in most areas. Some carriers can't, so a street address gives the most reliable delivery. We can't ship to military or APO/FPO addresses.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your order may already be with our fulfilment partner, and we'll handle it under our Refund Policy.
